The protagonist, Asama Sango, and the heroine, Asama Haruhi, are twin siblings.

They have been together since birth, but after enrolling in their current academy, a small misunderstanding created a rift between them. Once close, their relationship changed, and Haruhis attitude toward her brother Sango took a turn for the worse.

Sango, a serious-minded person, blames himself for the rift and silently endures, hoping they can return to the way they once were.

One day, overwhelmed by his worries about their relationship, Sango even dreams of doing indecent things with Haruhi. Yet, in reality, nothing between them has changed.
