The sisters Akatsuki Amano and Kaede have regained their peaceful lives after destroying Aetherlize, a secret organization plotting world domination. However, one day after school, that peace is suddenly shattered. The Sacred Jewel embedded in their chests signals the presence of an 'enemy'. Though doubtful, the two rush to the location.

And there they find... Clone soldiers, Aetherlize combatants, rampaging through the city! Moreover, they don't even heed Kaede's words when she tries to stop them.
